Hi, I’m Raj. Some people meditate for peace, I ask questions. Basically, my work is to meet the smartest people and get into their minds. Not literally. I talk to them to learn from their expertise, their choices, and their life. And I take my viewers along for the ride. For me, figuring out money, business, health, relationships, and life was so confusing in the beginning, and I’m sure so many others face the same problem. But it gets a little bit easier when you have the right people sharing their lessons (and occasional disasters). When I’m not doing that, I’m hanging out with my dog, Crypto, who, unlike the real crypto, never disappoints me. Stick around to find out more about my experiences while doing all this.

MY DREAM CONCERT 🤫 Who said in India people only pay for music concerts and entertainment? Look at the biggest convention center of the country jam packed with thousands of people, who are there for growth. India is changing and India wants to grow🫡 Post 1: Look at the face of this kid on the stage who is living a dream he saw at the age of 19 with no money, no influence and no fancy degree, to deliver a speech in front of fully sold out stadium. 🫣 Post 2: My parents saw me live at a conference for the first time, this proud look on their face is the reason why I am happy crying rn❤️ Post 3: Me looking at all of you, and thanking every god in the world. What have I done right to deserve an audience like yours? 🤍🥺 Post 4: right before my speech dad came backstage to hug me and wish me good luck. (Ofcourse after this jhappi the speech had to be good) 🙇🏻‍♂️ Post 5: Hi! I am Raj Shamani. (please read it like: Yeh sheher mera hai and mei is shehar ka Bajirao Singham) Post 6: Ofcourse I had to talk about: ‘THREE THINGS’ 😂 Post 7 & 8: Just in my element. Post 9: My family post speech looks complete, my younger brother, dad & mom along with @rajivtalreja who’s the big brother I never had who ran to me back stage after the speech to come and validate me that it went well. 🤍 (Later whatsapped me 3 things that I need to improve from next time, because ofcourse he is is the one who is never completely satisfied with my speeches because he wants me to reach the next level) Post 10: Stage for me is a holy place, where for me nothing matters apart from ‘how to give maximum value to my audience’, and how to serve people who are giving me the most important time of their lives. ✨

At age 16, I used to go to English classes to learn how to speak English fluently and while sitting in the tuition centre I used to write random dreams at the back of my notebook. 😂 I had no talent, no background, was not from a big city, did not have good grades to make it to IIT / IIM, and wasn’t even able to speak in English properly but I used to believe that I had ‘shaka-laka boom boom magic) 😂 29th July 2013 - I wrote in my dairy that I will be on the cover of Forbes magazine, (I and my sisters laughed at this crazy dream) Age 26 - I made it to Forbes cover and Forbes 30 under 30.😭😭 And at this moment, the teenager in me is screaming at the top of his lungs that 'we made it.' And today, the big dream has finally hit this boy from a small city -Indore. This would have never been possible without your love and belief in me. Truth be told, I started my entrepreneurship journey when I was 16 solely because I wanted to achieve this🤫 But along the line, I have fallen in love with the process of educating and helping 100s and 1000s of people.🥺 Coming from a humble family and city, having big dreams was considered a 'luxury.' But today as I get acknowledged for fulfilling mine, it isn't just me who wins. This is a win for everyone who doubts themselves for not being talented enough, not being rich enough, not being from the big city, not being an IIM/IIT graduate & still continue to believe in their dreams. it’s a win for all of them, all of us.❤️ Now that we have this baby home, I am ready to go back to basics and fulfil my duty of building the nation, one day at a time. P.S. Thank you all from the deepest corner of my heart, each of you that has supported me has a special place in my heart. 😭 - Picture 3 is where I wrote 10 years ago about my dream of a Forbes cover when I didn’t even know what a startup was. - Picture 4 is my notes from ‘basic English classes, I took’ - Picture 5 is the back of my diary where I used to write random dreams like ‘start a business, ‘give a speech at IIM’ and ‘It is possible to interview people’ 😂 THIS IS YOUR SIGN AND PROOF, THAT DREAMS DO COME TRUE, DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU ANYTHING ELSE🥺

Did you know cooking on induction is much more energy-efficient than cooking on gas? 🤯 So why do most Indian kitchens still rely on gas? The answer might be simpler than you think! At Cüraa, Chef Sanjyot Keer is on a mission to help India cook better by building appliances around the way Indians actually cook. And that’s exactly why we built Indie Pro, an induction cooktop designed specifically for Indian kitchens. With familiar gas-like regulator controls, intuitive features and a cooking experience that doesn’t require you to completely change the way you’ve always cooked. Because better technology should be easier to adopt, not harder! 🇮🇳❤️ Comment COOKTOP for the link!

Comment 'CASE’ and we’ll personally DM you the full conversation. Could you do a job where you had to investigate death every single day? In today’s episode, we sit down with @butcher.barbara, a retired death investigator from the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner who investigated over 5,500 deaths, including homicides, suicides, accidents and disasters, across two decades. Here’s what we discussed: -Barbara reveals what investigators look for in the first moments at a death scene. -She explains how gunshot wounds, blood spatter and ligature marks can help uncover the truth behind a death. -She breaks down why killers stage murders as suicides and why so many homicides go unsolved. -She shares the terrifying experience of a booby-trapped suicide scene and the emotional toll of investigating deaths after 9/11. -She reveals how years of working with the dead changed her understanding of human nature, emotions and gratitude. Most of us don’t actually resist feedback. We resist what we think it says about us. Someone points out a flaw in your work, and your brain quietly translates it into: “You’re not good enough.” So you defend, explain, justify. You protect your ego, and in the process you protect your mistakes too. But feedback was never a verdict on who you are. It’s information about what you did. And information is the cheapest, fastest shortcut to getting better that exists. Think about it. Someone else just spent their time and attention noticing something you couldn’t see. They handed you a blind spot, for free. The only cost is a few seconds of discomfort. The people who grow fastest aren’t always the most talented in the room. They’re the ones who can hear “this isn’t working” and respond with “okay, tell me more.” No sulking. No spiral. Just curiosity. Here’s what changes when you stop taking it personally: → You stop wasting energy defending and start spending it improving → People feel safe telling you the truth, so you get more honest input → Mistakes start teaching you instead of hurting you → You grow faster than people who are too proud to listen Not every piece of feedback will be right. You’re allowed to filter it. But filter it with your mind, not your ego. Your work is not your identity. It’s your work. And work can always get better. Separate the two, and watch how quickly you grow.
